Simple, spotless place with service-minded and genuinely professional staff at the reception desk. Peaceful and ideal location moderately close to the airport, and 10 minute walk from Piazza del Duomo. Also - just next door to the main shopping streets, central station, and centre.

Every detail there was good. This hotel had a very central position in walking distance to "everything". The room was perfect and spacious, could see inner courtyard from the window. Had all necessary amenities, an electronic key card, a work desk and multi-channel TV. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating all of the time.

The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Its location is also great, as it is within a short walking distance to the leaning tower and other attractions. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with the added convenience of air conditioning. The staff are friendly and accommodating.
No major issues were encountered during our stay. Everything was satisfactory.

Very weird that each time we left the hotel (we stayed 3 nights), we had to leave our key with the front office staff.

The room is small, the door doesn't close very well and we heard in the room everything that happens in the hotel.

We had a great stay at this place with a fantastic location and very clean rooms, and we loved that there was a supermarket and markets nearby.

Only localization was ok, the rest not satisfactory
The noise during the night, it was impossible to sleep. The walls are very thin and we heard all the people coming in and out the hotel, when they were going on the stairs and all the noises from other rooms. The smell in the bathroom was very bad. The breakfast is till 10am and at 9am it was nothing to eat.
